1128731371 2018-09-04 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations I received a request from central office to determine the status of this well. The owner of the property states the well was plugged and did not exist. Upon arriving I used my GPS to try and locate the well. The coordinates put the well in a field that has corn growing in the field. I checked the plat map and it put the well in the field where the corn is growing. I will return after the corn has been harvested to try and locate the well.
1360338365 2013-02-07 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations Used current GPS in RBDMS and walked to the spot, but no wellhead found. There is no wellhead anywhere in this field. I will use the plat map from historical information on this well and recalculate location and return to site to check for any evidence that the well is still there. There is no tank battery associated with this well.
