Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1291069085 2010-11-26 Plug / Plug Back No Violations The well was plugged and abandoned on 11/24. On 11/26, the well was inspected and the top of cement was approximately 11.5 below ground level. Water in the hole was approximately 3 below ground level and there was no visible evidence of gas leaking through the cement. I advised the contractor that they can fill the 7 casing from 11.5 to 3 before cutting off and plating the well as required.
