-inch casing swage. There was a one--inch swage with two regulators, drip bottle and a valve. Valve was open. There is no tank battery, or production equipment associated with this well that I could find. Lease road is in fair condition. No identification was posted. Well is located approximately 1.01 miles west of well locaters coordinates. It states in the Main form that it has been moved.

1910825932 2019-04-01 Production Wells No Violations I was on location as a request from the Vernon/Burghill Fire Department, regarding a gas leak at address 5737 Beach Smith Road. Upon arrival at the location, DOGRM Inspector Rick Skidmore and the Vernon/Burghill Fire Department were on location. At the time of this inspection, the well was comprised of a 4.5 inch casing swaged into a 2 inch line. The 2 inch line had been reduced into a 1 inch poly line with two regulators. At the 2 inch connection from the swage, an open hole was observed with an active gas leak. In the location east of the well was a fine cover of oil over the existing grassed area. The two regulators and part of the 1 inch line had been found approximately 15 feet east of the well. The landowner Tom Pappas arrived on location and closed the ball valve on the well casing, which stopped the leak. Mr. Pappas stated that the well is currently used for domestic purposes at his residence, but does not appear to be registered to this landowner. I will be researching this issue and referring the landowner, if needed to get registered accordingly.
