0315111578 | 2014-02-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | Well has a pumping unit and a gas engine on it. Rods and tubing have been ran in the well since my last inspection. Good identification has been posted on the well and the tank battery. Well is supplying house gas. It is plumbed in such a way that production can be shut off and house gas still provided. Earthen dike has been constructed around tank battery that is SPCC compliant. Original compliance notice can be resolved. |
0611325742 | 2006-02-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | Inspection this day found casing well with good IDs, producing solely for the landowner, it seems, tank has good IDs, no dike. |

1197057691 | 2013-04-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | Identification has been placed at the well head and tank battery. Spoke with property owners. They stated that the company has been in contact with them about getting well back in production. I spoke with Mr. John Snider on the phone several days before and he stated that they were scoping the area out so that they could run a line to the sale line from this well. |
1261273971 | 2014-02-04 | Administrative Inspection | No Violations | Met with Mr. Eddie Biehl and inquired about this well. I reminded him that about the frac tanks that were still on the well site. He stated that the lease on this property included storage of equipment. I then told him that some of the tanks were full of fluid and an impoundment would have to be built around them. |
1708906287 | 2013-07-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | Well and tank battery have complete identification posted on them. The well is plumbed for production with a swage coming off of the 4.5 down to 2 with a valve on it. A couple of new joints of flow line were used to tie into the existing flow line. It runs to a newly constructed dike with 1 100 barrel, a separator and a drip. House gas has plumbed up off of the drip. Well is in production. Frac tanks are still in place. |
2062154108 | 2013-03-15 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | The first thing that was observed at this site was a frac tank sitting close to the road. There is also a pump sitting next to the tank. On the well pad there are 4 more frac tanks. The well head is shut in and has no flow lines connected to it. Oxidation on the connections make it evident that nothing has been connected to them for an extended period of time. There is no identification on the well head. The production tank, as well as the frac tanks have no dike around them. Production tank is not leaking and is empty. There are no lines connected to the production tank. Landowners do not receive house gas from this well. The landowner Mr. Arthur Corp stated that he believed that a mechanical bridge plug was used to plug the well back to a different formation, and the well was re-completed there. After that, the well was re-fraced and nothing else was done with it. Mr. Corp said that happened about 5 years ago. All tanks need dikes built around them compliant with SPCC regulations or tanks need removed. Identification needs placed at the well head. |
