Dave Atha has lease on ground and asked me to complete this inspection. He said that Century cannot produce the well as they have no lease. This well must be produced or plugged and proper ID posted. Failure to comply may result in bond forfeiture. 1/20/12 - Lee Atha reports they have an agreement/new lease with landowner and will be working on this well soon. |

I spoke with Mr. Lee Atha about this well and he stated that he had completed paperwork to try and acquire this well from the landowner. The landowner didnt sign. Inspector Cindy VanDyke did the courthouse research and confirmed that the well is still owned by Century. |
