0935571744 2012-01-09 Production Wells No Violations My inspection this day was due to a water well contamination complaint by landowner, Keith Snider. This well is equipped with a pumping unit and there is no annular disposal. The tank pattery has proper identification signs posted and there is a current chart in the gas meter.
1324676242 2011-12-22 Production Wells No Violations Complaint by landowner that water well went bad on same day that Murphy worked on well. Mr. Keith Snider reports that well is 50 yards from gas well, that they pressured up on well or treated it and then ran rods, tubing and placed jack on it. Reports well smelled like rotten eggs, had gas odor in house, and water colored brown. Reports operator took water sample but never got it analyzed. Talked to operator and he says they did nothing to the well but run rods, tubing and jack - no pressure. Well is shallow Maxton well - 50 sks cement used when production casing was run. Operator said they did take water sample but when took it to KemRon, they said must be in glass vessel to analyze - we put ours in plastic so that does not make sense. Landowner says happened in early summer, Tony, rig operator has pictures showing snow on the ground and Leslie still at office so must have been before 1/11. Questioned why they waited so long and what they were doing for water - renters still live in house. Say buying drinking water and taking clothes to laundry - must still be bathing in it. Water well drilled in 2004 after 1st water well turned to sulfur water -- Waterman #473.
1844095805 2005-09-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Inspection this day found well tied into line and valves open. Not turning in any production, may be landowner using gas, no IDs, no tank. Drill site has been reclaimed.
