1274085837 2009-07-14 Final Restoration No Violations Inspection with Jeff Fry. Well was plugged and observed by inspector Sam Faust on 6/26/09. Well has been cut off below ground. All pits backfilled and all debris removed. Site graded and topsoil replaced. Area will be planted to crops next year. Final restoration acceptable.
1295633625 2008-09-10 Production Wells No Violations Operator hit bottom of Big Lime limestone at 440 feet. Will continue to drill at least another 50 feet as required. Formation below limestone is shale. Encountered large amounts of water while drilling thru limestone. Water from blow pit discharging into farm field with farmers permission. This is fresh water from the limestone formation. Contacted Columbus permitting about discrepancy in GPS location. Operator will be contacted and permit revised for correct coordinates for well.
