There is no ID at well head or tank battery. The wells are not listed on Rockwell Oil bond. Plastic oil tank at tank battery was cracked and broken on the top and side. The affidavit indicates that Rockwell Oil Services obtained the lease in March 2004. The affidavit states that no oil or gas has been produced and no royalties paid to the landowner for more than 1 year resulting in the termination of the lease. Ohio Revised Code 1509.12 requires the well to be plugged. A Notice of Violation will be issued to Rockwell Oil Services to plug the well. |
