Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1383596442 2013-10-22 Orphan No Violations An inspection of this orphan well revealed 8.63 outside diameter (OD) drive pipe that was cut at ground level with 6 outside diameter casing and no wellhead. The 6 casing contained crude oil at 3 below ground level. There was no gas smelled or detected with a gas meter. A second casing measured 8.63 (OD) was found bent over on side with dirt and debris on inside and located 6 away from the above wellbore. Two joints of 6 casing were found on the ground of which one joint contained a section of a rod. The well was situated in a beanfield with no overhead obstructions around the immediate location. This well did not contain a plotted location and was not located in RBDMS. Central Office was notified following the inspection and a permit number was assigned to the well. The original Haswell referral did not contain a fifth well, but will be added to the file.
