Drilling was completed on 2/19/09. The access road was in fair condition. A site ID sign and well tag were present. The site was snow covered. There was no evidience of accelerated erosion. The brine tanks appeared to be in good condontion and no leaks or spills were observed.

There were no erosion or sedimentation issues. The area around the pad meets the 70% uniform vegetative coverage. There was a small amount of oily material on the ground, inside containment. Straw had been placed to absorb material. Randy Boarts was notified and agreed to clean up material. The site was reinspected and material had been removed. Violation # 654833 under Sec 78.54 for failure to control residual waste.
