The well site is proposed to be constructed within 100 ft. from an unnamed tributary to Little Plum Creek. Well was site staked. Construction has not begun at site. Proposed E & S plan should protect stream from adverse impact during site/well development if properly implemented & maintained. Drill cuttings are to be land farmed on site. Operator must ensure that the surface of the land farm area is at least 20 inches above the seasonal high groundwater table.
1893057 Primary Facility 2010-06-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On June 10th, 2010 a conducted a routine inspection of the above site. Drilling was currently taking place. The access road was in good condition. A site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. The pits appeared to be in good condition. E&S controls were in place according to the plan. No accelerated erosion was leaving site.

Drilling was completed and a swabbing rig was on site. A site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. E&S controls were in place according to the plan. No accelerated erosion was leaving site. A portion of the berm surrounding the drilling pit had collapsed allowing the liner to fall into the pit. Drill cuttings and liquid wastes had overtopped the liner and were on the surface of the ground and had flowed behind the liner.

No accelerated erosion was leaving site. E&S controls should continue to be inspected routinely and after each significant rainfall event until 70% uniform vegetative cover is reached.
