Spoke with operator representative Dave Lazur regarding loggin activity which had impacted the E&S control measures. Mr. Lazur stated that he will address the E&S control deficiencies which currently exist at the site. Specifically the low point of the regraded well-site where the majority of the runoff from the site will flow too.
