Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit located onsite had more than the two feet of required freeboard. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site. Filter fabric fence erosion control BMP was installed properly. The operator should continue to monitor the site for accelerated erosion & sedimentation until final well development and restoration activities are completed.
1827131 Primary Facility 2009-09-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded, seeded & mulched. The operator should continue to monitor the site for accelerated erosion & sedimentation and to insure that 70% unifom vegetative cover is achieved.
2577638 Primary Facility 2017-03-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. It was noted that the well site was being utilized by the property owner for storage.
