However no cuttings or drill fluids were obsreved in the drill pit loccated onsite. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Noted that in the E&S plan located onsite that the disposal of drill cuttings was not detailed. In addition E&S plans located on future sites should include the information on disposal of drill cuttings, in addition to soils information showing the water table so that in can be confirmed that encapsulation or land farming of drill cuttings is possible.
1876337 Primary Facility 2010-04-06 Routine/Complete Inspection In Compliance with Policy Drilling was completed, well appeared to be equipped & in production. Pumpjack and brine tank loccated onsite. Noted an area adjacent to the brine tank which appeared to have been affected by a discharge of fluids from the brine tank. Specifically it appeared that the tank plug had been removed allowing fluid to flow out over the unrestored well-site. Soil samples were taken of the affected area and an unaffected area of the well pad. The site had not been finally regraded seeded or mulched. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed on the access road or well-site at the time of the inspection.

1897373 Primary Facility 2010-07-12 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for productin at the time of the inspection. Pumpjack and brine tank located onsite and the brine tank appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Noted that the area which appeared to have been affected by the fluid discharge was vegetated and had approximately the same amount of vegetative cover as the remainder of the well pad. Observed no well tag attached to any of the well apparatus located onsite. At this time the Department requests that the operator contact WQS Higgins via phone or correspondence no later than 08/03/10 with documentation stating the well has been properly tagged with appropriate permit number & well name.
