Pit contained drill cuttings and fluid and had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S controls had been implemented as outlined as in the E&S plan. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Noted a small amount of mud had been transported onto Route 839, however it did not appear to have been generated as a result of traffic related to the well-site.

The operator should rectify the pit liner issue as soon as possible and contact WQS Higgins via phone at the above listed number when this is done. Observed no erosion & sedimentation issues in relation to the site or access road.
