Specifically the culvert outlet was approximately 18 inches above the surface of the ground and the outletted water flowed onto disturbed soil. There were hay bales placed in the outlet flow, however there was more disturbed earth below the hay bales and the flow appeared to be going directly under the hay bales. Contacted operator representative Jeff Grove regarding this matter and he stated that he will visit the site today and determine the best course of action to address the problem, and that work to do so will begin as soon as possible. |
