1981129 Primary Facility 2011-06-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was ongoing at the time of the inspection. Below grade drill pit was located onsite. Pit contained drill cuttings, fluids, and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Access road and site erosion controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan. The operator should continue to monitor all controls to insure they are properly maintained and continue to function propelry.
2015324 Primary Facility 2011-10-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Well-site had been properly restored and the vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
