Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2003628 Primary Facility 2011-09-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site construction had been completed, drill rig was in the process of being moved onsite. E&S controls for the site and access road had been installed properly and were effectively minimizing accelerated erosion & sedimentation. It was noted that runoff from the topsoil pile located adjacent to the pad had runoff flowing from it into the excavated drill pit. Thus resulting in a deposit of silt and water to the pit. This water should be removed prior to lining the pit and the pit itself shold be regraded to insure a uniform base upon which to lay the base prior to installing the pit liner.
2007238 Primary Facility 2011-09-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted drlg complete; equipment removed
2015321 Primary Facility 2011-10-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed well was in the process of becoming equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded and mulched. The operator should contineu to monitor the site through the autumn and winter months until the next growing season to insure that accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation issues do not develop.
