2039028 Primary Facility 2012-02-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production. Drill pit still located onsite. Pit contained drill cuttings and a minimal amount of fluids. Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. The Department recommends that the operator dispose of the drill cuttings in acccordance with 25 PA COde Chapter 78.62 or 78.63, regrade the site, and temporarily stabilize the site in accordance with 102.22(b) until final restoration activities can be completed and the site can be seeded and mulched.
