The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site has reached uniform 70% vegetative cover.

1904435 Primary Facility 2010-07-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On July 23, 2010 I visited this site as a routine inspection. I met with Range representative Jeremy Matinko on site. Drilling has been completed but the well has not yet been brought into production. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted on site. The access road was in good condition. E&S controls were in place according to the plan on site. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The pit contained a small amount of water and drill cuttings at the time of my inspection. The pit had been previously drained. The liner contained several small tears in one section of the wall above the water line. It appears this was caused by an animal trying to climb out of the pit as evidenced by tracks in the material in the pit. These tears were not present at the time of my 4/29/10 inspection. Drill cuttings are to be removed from pit and hauled off site. The pit will be closed and filled shortly. The material under the pit will be examined at that time.

There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The pit had been closed and filled. The site had been graded and hydroseeded. Site condition looks good overall. The operator should contiue to inspect the E&S controls until 70% uniform vegetative cover is reached.

Drilling has been completed but the well has not yet been brought into production. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted on site. The access road was in good condition. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. Site restoration appears complete. Vegetation is coming in nicely and has reached the 70% minimum coverage. The remaining E&S controls can be removed by the operator.

No E&S issues.
