Work was underway onsite for installation of the sound barrier wall to be located onsite. There was an Act 9 sign located onsite in accordance with 25 Pa Code Chapter 78a.55(i).

Department recommends Operator install spill containment structures beneath inflow/outflow valves. No E&S issues.
