2352108 Primary Facility 2015-03-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived @ 11:52. Weather warm, thaw on-going. There are 6 wells on this pad which was covered in ice and water at the time of my inspection. There was no bubbling in any of the well cellars. Each well was connected to a sand buster and thence plumbed into a single Baker tank on site. The wells were in production. The annulus between the intermediate casing and the production casing was vented on each well. I obtained methane concentrations at each vent I could access using the Altair 5 (see below). The production casing cement tops are below the intermediate shoes. Overall the pad appeared to be neat and clean.
2531013 Primary Facility 2016-10-24 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted 6 Marcellus Shale wells producing natural gas. Vegetation planted and well established on part of the former gravel pad surface.
