Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2638062 Primary Facility 2017-09-14 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Soilmec was onsite using an auger on the #2H well. This well had 20" conductor set to 40'. Centralizer being used. Cellar is set on the well. Cuttings are being moved to the side of the pad for land application. Location is stoned. Permit (paper form) and Emergency Response sign is posted at the lease entrance.
2644842 Primary Facility 2017-09-28 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Highlands 9 is moved over on to the 2H well. Surface casing was cemented using 615 sxs (134 bbls) Class H, 2% CaCl2, 2% Gypsum, 15.8 ppg, 1.22 yield. Displaced with 108 bbls freshwater and had 25 bbls cement return to surface. Plug was bumped and floats held. A float shoe and float collar were used along with 10 centralizers.

Intermediate casing was cemented using 995 sxs (213 bbls) Class H, 2% NaCl2, 2% Gypsum, 15.8 ppg, 1.2 yield. Displaced with 207 bbls freshwater and had 30 bbls cement return to surface. Plug was bumped and floats held. A float shoe and float collar were used along with 38 centralizers.

2693076 Primary Facility 2018-02-12 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted
2700148 Primary Facility 2018-02-22 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Patterson 259 was weighing up mud for drilling. Well was shut in because they took a small kick. Mud weight dropped because there was a potential communication incident with the stimulation job on the W22 well pad. This diluted the mud and the weight dropped a few points. 5 1/2" casing was sitting on the pipe racks. Heaters were still being used. Chemicals were all on containment.
2703505 Primary Facility 2018-03-06 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Patterson 259 was circulating bottoms up. Since this well had been fraced into, excess of 400' of cement was going to be used. Based on this, 63 bbls of cement were expected to be seen at surface as returns unless fractures drink it. Halliburton was onsite setting up.

A lead 1 of 370 sxs HalCem (91 bbls), 16.5 ppg, 1.058 yield, a lead 2 of 1200 sxs Class H (230 bbls), 16.5 ppg, 1.061 yield, and tail of 1320 sxs SoluCem (351 bbls), 17 ppg, 1.445 yield. Displacement was 301 bbls water. Spacer made it to surface, but no cement. Calculated that top of cement is at 500'. Plug did bump and floats held.
