2644843 Primary Facility 2017-09-28 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, O-Tex is leaving the site after cementing surface casing. Surface casing was cemented using 615 sxs Class H, 2% CaCl2, 2% Gypsum, 15.8 ppg, 1.22 yield. Displaced with 109 bbls freshwater and had 34 bbls cement return to surface. Plug was bumped and floats held. A float shoe and float collar (top at 692') were used along with 9 centralizers. All activities took place on containment, which appeared to be in good condition during cement job.
2647380 Primary Facility 2017-10-03 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Highlands rig 9 has been moved on to the #4H well. This well had intermediate casing cemented using 995 sxs Class H, 2% Gypsum (212 bbls), 15.8 ppg, 1.2 yield. Displaced with 170 bbls and had 55 bbls cement return to surface. A float shoe and float collar (top at 2711') were used along with 38 centralizers.

2709546 Primary Facility 2018-03-20 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Patterson 259 was drilling 8 3/4" on the #3H well. Containment was being patched. Production casing for the #2H well was cemented using a lead 1 of 350 sxs HalCem (70 bbls), 14.5 ppg, 1.132 yield, a lead 2 of 1220 sxs Class H (246 bbls), 14.5 ppg, 1.135 yield, and tail of 1290 sxs SoluCem (418 bbls), 15.2 ppg, 1.819 yield.

Displacement was 346 bbls freshwater with KCl mixed in the first 20 bbls. Plug landed and floats held. 47 bbls cement returned to surface.
