The well has been spud and 16" conductor was set to 42', using 2 centralizers. Cellar was set and cemented in. Well was covered with a steel plate. The Emergency Response sign and permit are posted at the entrance to the access road for the pad. The pad is fenced in.
2658113 Primary Facility 2017-11-01 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Highlands rig 9 has been skid to the 6H well. This well had surface casing cemented using 370 sxs Class H (80 bbls), 5% salt, 15.8 ppg, 1.22 yield. Displacement was 77 bbls freshwater and plug was bumped. Floats held. 15 bbls cement returns. A float shoe and float collar were used, as well as 8 centralizers. Intermediate casing was cemented using 685 sxs Class H (146 bbls), 2% Gypsum, 5% salt, 15.8 ppg, 1.2 yield. Displacement was 156 bbls freshwater and plug was bumped. Floats held. 25 bbls cement returns. A float shoe and float collar were used, as well as 32 centralizers. Containment appeared in good condition. Surface casing on 6H was to occur later that day.

Permitted wells spudded. Wells fenced with a cattle gate and steel plate covering holes. No production equipment set. Temporary storage tanks installed. Pad liner installed & intact.

Well pad is fenced. Site ID sign in place. Well and ESCGP2 permits on site. Well development impoundment completed, fenced, &liner installed. All E/S controls &BMPs installed, in place, intact, and functioning. Site has good vegetation growth.

The 5H well had production casing cemented using a lead 1 of 260 sxs HalCem, 14.5 ppg, 1.132 yield, a lead 2 of 690 sxs ShaleCem, 14.5 ppg, 1.135 yield, and tail of 790 sxs SoluCem, 15.2 ppg, 1.819 yield. Plug landed and 50 bbls spacer was returned to surface. Floats held.

Freshwater impoundment lined and fenced in. Erosion and Sedimentation BMPs installed and maintained. Vegetative growth well established in previously disturbed areas.
