Cellar was set. Pad was snow covered. Well was open and awaiting cementers and will be covered afterwards. There is still construction activity just off of the pad, along the lease road.

Site constructed with exception to freshwater impoundment. Erosion and Sedimentation best management practices installed. Site temporarily stabilized with seed and mulch. Drilling commenced at six locations on the well pad ( 1H-Permit No. 37-019-22632, 2H- Permit No. 37-019-22656, 3H- Permit No. 37-019-22657, 4H- Permit No. 37-019-22658, 5H- Permit No. 37-019-22659 and 6H-Permit No. 37-019-22660. 2742099 Primary Facility 2018-06-12 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, C & J was onsite preparing to cement he surface casing for the well. However, lightning strikes were seen in the distance so operations were shut down for 30 minutes to see what weather was going to do. An email was sent later in the day for the cement job. It was cemented using 315 sxs Class A (67 bbls), 1% CaCl2, 1% Gypsum, 15.8 ppg, 1.2 yield. This was displaced with 64 bbls freshwater and plug was bumped. Floats held. 12 bbls of cement returned to surface. Containment was in good condition before I left the pad and chemicals were all within it.
2744718 Primary Facility 2018-06-20 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, C & J had trucks lined up along the lease road, but operations are shut down. A thunderstorm was going through the area. Intermediate casing had been cemented for the 5H using 770 sxs Class A (163 bbls), 0.5% CaCl2, 1% Gypsum, 15.8 ppg, 1.19 yield. This was displaced with 175 bbls freshwater and plug was bumped. Floats held. 53 bbls of cement returned to surface.
2763620 Primary Facility 2018-08-14 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/14/2018, WQS Brian MacQuarrie onsite. Site sign installed at entrance . Erosion and Sedimentation plan onsite. Freshwater impoundment excavated and fenced in not lined. Two infiltration basins installed. The well pad consists of six wells partially drilled Permit Nos. 019-22632, 019-22656, 019-22657, 019-22658, 019-22659 and 019-22660. Containment liner setup around wells. Five frac tanks staged within containment. No activity onsite.
