A notification was given that this well would be plugged today. Steel grated plates are covering the well cellar and there are plastic jersey barriers surrounding the well. Cellars are full of water. Spoke to the company man for the site and was told that management requested the plugging to be rescheduled until next week. The Notice of Intent to plug is good for 30 days from the time it was received, but a notification (phone or, preferably, email) will need to be given when plugging will begin. |
