2599378 Primary Facility 2017-05-31 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Inspection of EQT’s State Tract 66 N677 well in Huston Twp. conducted May 31, 2017 at 10:30 am. Hydrocarbon Well Service is rigged up for plugging ops. Well is dead, the crew is tripping in hole with 2 3/8” hole tubing to attainable bottom. They are at 3800’ at time of inspection. No major issues observed.
2599934 Primary Facility 2017-06-01 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Inspection of EQT’s State Tract 66 N677 well in Huston Twp. conducted June 1, 2017 12 pm. Hydrocarbon Well Services are rigged up for plugging ops. Yesterday they tagged obstruction in 7” 6302’ (tools reportedly were lost in hole prior to P&A). Plan is to set CIBP in 7” at attainable bottom, run CBL on 7” and continue procedure. Checked the backside of the 7”, ~150 PSI.
2601349 Primary Facility 2017-06-06 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Inspection of EQT’s State Tract 66 N677 well in Huston Twp. conducted June 6, 2017 approximately 10 am . Hydrocarbon Well Services are rigged up for plugging ops. CIBP has been set in the 7” at 6275’ and 7” was logged. At the time of inspection, the rig was digging around well in preparation to rig up casing jacks to pull 7”. Casing appears to be recoverable at ~5500’ based on log interpretation but crew may need to move up hole if needed to successfully pull 7”. Well is dead and there was no pressure on the backside of 7” noted at time of inspection. No obvious issues were noted.
2604420 Primary Facility 2017-06-13 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Inspection of EQT’s State Tract 66 N677 well in Huston Twp. conducted June 13, 2017 approximately 10 am. Hydrocarbon Well Services are rigged up for plugging ops. CIBP is set in 7”, cellar dug out to rig up casing jacks, rig is running back in hole w/tubing. Backside of 7” was open and lined out to tank, no flow observed. Well is static. No issues.
2606987 Primary Facility 2017-06-22 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Inspection of EQT’s State Tract 66 N677 well in Huston Twp. conducted June 22, 2017 approximately 11 am. Hydrocarbon Well Services are rigged up for plugging ops. I spoke with the driller. Yesterday they squeezed the 7” and set a 300’ cement plug across where the cut was made in attempt to pull 7” at 5520’. Regarding the squeeze effort, they closed the backside of their 2 3/8” workstring, began pumping and put ~400 PSI on it, then the pressure dropped with a vent of gas to returns and were able to squeeze 2 bbls of cement this way, opened the backside of tubing and displaced balanced plug. They tagged TOC 10’ above calculated indicating no fallback. They will do the same procedure across the 2nd cut in 7” @2748’ and again (100’) below the surface casing shoe (1360’). That will be a 150’ plug after perf’ing 7” (1470’-1460’) and squeezing backside (no more than 4 bbls calc.). Displace balanced plug inside 7”, WOC, Tag plug, bail hole dry and put a vent on it. No issues.
2609955 Primary Facility 2017-06-30 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Inspection of EQT’s State Tract 66 N677 well in Huston Twp. conducted June 30, 2017 approximately 1:40 pm. The rig is off location following plugging ops. The crew erected a ~20’ vent pipe monument with marker to identify the well. No gas was detected in, at, or around the vent. No Violations.
