2826903 | Primary Facility | 2019-01-15 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Dannic Energy Corp conventional well (033-26508) on January 15, 2019. The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site appears well vegetated and stable. No signs of E&S issues. Poly brine tank stationed onsite. Chart recorder is dated 12/31/18 and the outside of the chart recorder is labeled with the operators contact information and well permit number. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspection. No combustible gases or methane were detected.
