(37-033-27124) Well is currently in a regulatory inactive status in the Department's EFACTS database. The well was plugged in December 2016, but the Department has not to date approved the well plugging certificate for that plugging and abandonment work. Range had previously submitted paperwork to terminate ESCGP coverage for this site (ESX11-033-0034), but in January 2016 withdrew that NOT pending completion of well plugging and final restoration of the location. The location remains at its full size as originally built. Equipment on site is limited to the wellhead equipment removed for plugging, and culverts and some additional secondary containment materials. There are no produced fluids tanks or liquids on location apart from some water in the well cellar. Well casing annulus lines are hard piped to a small poly tank, and that tank is empty. The pad location is built entirely on reclaimed bituminous mine spoils,
