Brush and trees have overgrown the well site (photo 1) which has a disconnected pump jack with no motor (photo 2). Small copper line from tubing may be house gas. Access to wellhead is poor; overgrown and surrounded by round bales. Tank battery is overgrown with one 100 bbl steel tank and one 50 bbl fiberglass tank and separator (photo 3).

Oil is pooled under and beside the base of the 100 bbl steel tank (photo 4) from an apparent leak in the tank. SWMA violations noted for discharge of residual waste to ground.

Equipment not necessary for production needs removed. Well needs plugged or produced if not already producing house gas. Needs well tag installed at wellhead.
