2772743 Primary Facility 2018-09-06 Follow-up Inspection Outstanding Violations - Viols Req'd Follow-up inspection to violations noted on 6/26/18 inspection report. In the NOV response, the operator (Rex Drummond) stated that the well is being produced for house gas. Operator has also recently submitted 2017 gas production of 250 Mcf. Operator also states that the well is part of a seven-well gas line which supplies six different homes house gas directly from the combined gas line. Bayles 2 well appears abandoned and will be considered so until operator meets WQS to show how the well is being produced. Notes from 6/26/18 inspection are included below.
