This spill was properly reported and the Operator is in Compliance with the Spill Policy.

E/S controls are in good condition around site and is temp, stabilized. The E/S controls on the access road near the stream may need inspected by the Operator and place new straw bales to prevent sediment from reaching stream.

2581186 Primary Facility 2017-04-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site overall was well vegetated, but there was a small bare spot that is recommended be addressed. There was what appeared to be a metal pipe on the pad that is recommended be removed. The production equipment appeared to be in good condition. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
