2743002 Primary Facility 2018-06-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On May 8, 2019, the Department performed an inspection of the CNX, RHL23 well site. Present at time of the inspection was Dave Federick and William Roupe (CNX). The site is located in Richhill Twp., Greene Co. The inspection was related to a request by the operator to meet on site to review proposed minor modification to the ESCGP2 permit.

The access road and well pad are in good condition.

The operator has stabilized the cut slope of the access road with rock aprons at three locations along the access road. The minor modifications to the ESCGP2 permit was reviewed and approved by the Department in the field.

10 wells have been drilled to completion on site and are equipped for production.

2818162 Primary Facility 2018-12-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On December 18, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the CNX RHL-23 well pad site. Present at time of inspection was William Roupe, Dave Federick and Robert Basset (CNX). The site is located in Richhill Twp., Greene Co. The inspection was related to a request by the operator to terminate the ESCGP2 permit.

The well pad and access road are in good condition.

The site is stable with greater than 70% uniform, perennial vegetative growth. The operator has installed the PCSMs on the site, which appear to be functional. The operator will need to remove some excess access road gravel, and vegetation from Plunge Pool#3 (PCSM), along the access road. Given the conditions of the site, and completion of the maintenance on Plunge Pool#3, the Department recommends termination of the ESGP2 permit.

10 wells have been drilled to completion and are equipped for production on the well pad.

The GPUs on site are in secondary containment, but the operator will need to perform maintenance on the secondary conta
