According to records, drilling occurred 12/13/2006-12/18/2006. Brine tank appears sound.Well tag present on meter box. Department recommends Operator install well tag on well in a legible, visible, and permanent manner per current regulations.Access road stabilized. Well site permanently stabilized with >70% uniform and adequate vegetative growth. No accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation issues observed at this time.During this inspection, the Department observed moderate bubbling between the well casings. The Department immediately notified Operator representative Mark Gawel via phone of these observations. Mr. Gawel stated that he will directly dispatch personnel to the site to further investigate.While on-site, the Department also notified OGI J. Branan of these observations for further follow-up. |
