Well sign and E&S plan present at the entrance of site pad. Site pad was completed. E&S controls were implemented. Drilling company set conductor at 42.55¿ (13 3/8¿) sanded. First Stringer set at 1268.55¿ (7¿) at 225 sks 50/50 pos and 50 sks class A with 15 bbl return. Current depth was at 5170 ft. Water recorded on log at 312 and 680 ft. Pit aligned with 20 mil and no freeboard issues. Cement set for 12/23/09. At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues.
1886480 Primary Facility 2010-05-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well drilled and in production. Well was properly tagged. Brine tank appeared sound. Site was recently seeded and mulched, but growth not yet observed. Noted filter fence and grub brush line were properly installed/functioning below grade of pad, which can be removed upon final restoration (70% successful vegetative growth) of site. No accelerated E&S issues were noted in relation to site. Access road was stable. Recommended that operator add additional rock to culvert outlets along access road to insure proper functioning ability.
