1894051 Primary Facility 2010-06-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, rig onsite actively drilling well. Site was properly signed with E&S plan. Observed one below grade pit, which maintained more than the required 2ft of lined freeboard. Access road was stable, although it is recommended that additional rock or vegetation be added to the turnouts and culvert outlets during final restoration activities. Filter fence and brush grub line were installed down gradient from side and appeared to be functioning properly. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site or access road. Operator should continue to closely monitor all bmps until final restoration activities have been completed. O&G Inpsector Paul Wyrwas was also onsite during inspection.
1894670 Primary Facility 2010-06-24 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues at the site. Pit aligned with 30 mil plastic and no freeboard issues. Northeast set conductor pipe (13 3/8¿) 42 ` (sanded in) and 9 5/8¿ pipe set to 421 ft with basket at 84¿ and 155 sks with 9 bbl return. And 7 ¿pipe to 1308 ft with 105 sks Appellate and 75 sks Class A with 10 bbls return. Current depth was 3510 ft. Water detected at 250 ft. Spud called on 6/13/10. Well permit and cement receipts present along with well log. Stratigraphy consisted of sandstone, shale and coal. Well sign and E&S plan located at the entrance way of site. Down gradient filter fence present.
