Spudded reported for 09/08/2011. Access road adequately rocked and maintained. Bmp¿s appear to be installed and functioning according to plan. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted on site or access road. No rig onsite, conductor pipes previously set on all wells. One unlined drill pit located onsite. All previously disturbed areas have been seeded and mulched and growth observed. Pad adequate rocked and maintained, all well(s) covered. No violations noted during this inspection.
2039965 Primary Facility 2012-02-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection in event that drilling was tentatively to reconvene on 2/2/12. Top holes previously drilled, well cellars covered for safety. Site ID sign (w/ API #) ES plan, PPC plan, ESCGP-1 present. Access road stable. Doug Manners, CONSOL Rep onsite stated that drilling at this time has been placed on hold possibly till 2014. Hence drilling operations shall not reconvene in the near future operator has temporarily stablized site. Previously disturbed areas have been seeded/mulch with minimal growth. Although pits are backfilled, it does not appear that the entire pit was restored to original grade and/or properly compacted, as fill level appears slightly lower and grade of pit. Temporary bmp's appear to be installed and functioning as noted in ES plan. No accelerated erosion or sedimneation issues noted on well site or access road. A follow up inspection will be concduted to ensure permanent stabilization has been achieved with uniform vegeative growth. No violations noted at the time of this inspection.
2093664 Primary Facility 2012-08-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Operator confirmed that there are no immediate plans to continue drilling these well(s) on multi well pad site. Cellar and conductor set, holes covered with metal plates in order to promote safety and prevent third party access. Access road adequately rocked and stabilized. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted. Hence greater than > 4 days of inactivity on well site operator has secured/temporary stabilized the location. All pits have been removed backfilled and seeded and mulch with > 70% uniform vegetative cover. Although department noted that preexisting contours were not sustained once pit reclaimed. Pad adequately rocked. Previously distributed areas have been stabilized with either rock or vegetative growth. To date, department does not believe operator has re-newed and/or filed for inactive status on said well(s); therefore, it is reccomended that operator update and/or file appropriate paperwork with the deparment in order to maintain complaince.
