2568588 Primary Facility 2017-02-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection of the Lawrence Richards TPC 1 (069-20001) Abandoned gas well in Ransom Twp., Lackawanna County was conducted February 27, 2017 at 10:30 am. The well is in a field East of Cherry Hill road. At the time of inspection; the well had a top joint of 7” 23# csg made up to a 7”x 2” casing swedge, master valve, 2” vent pipe on the mastervalve sticking straight up in the air about 10’ high. Planning to return with ladder for re-inspection for presence of gas. Everything below the 2” vent pipe very rusted. There was no audible gas and no immediate concern. Well record is on file.
