At the time of the inspection, the 4 wells (081-20782, 081-20554, 081-20783, and 081-20555) onsite were in production. The well pad remains as it was originally constructed and the site is permanently stabilized. According to Anadarko’s overall Site Restoration Assessment, the PCSM has been permitted (2016) and is set to be implemented in 2017. In addition, 2 plow trucks, a backhoe, gravel, and salt (covered and on containment) were being stored onsite. No Violations Noted.

2774708 Primary Facility 2018-09-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Fours wells staged for production phase. Four each water separators. Dump lines wrapped in insulating blanket. No leaks detected from production equipment. Methanol and foam tanks located near well heads. No violations noted.

One well tender on location doing flowback maintenance.
