2464541 Primary Facility 2016-03-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection wells in production. No violations noted at this time.
2561109 Primary Facility 2017-02-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine Inspection; 2/10/2017.

I entered the site at 14:54 and found the Red Fox B 7-11H wells (081-21003, 081-21004, 081-21007, 081-21005, and 081-21008) in production. ESX12-081-0099 expires on 7/25/2017. ESX11-081-0067 expired on 9/21/2016. Currently, the site remains as it was originally constructed size and PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) has been implemented for the site. I was not able to confirm vegetative cover since the site was snow-covered. I recommend requesting a 2-year extension, reducing the size, or justifying the remaining size of the well pad. The most recent update to the well site restoration assessment Anadarko provided on 12/22/2016 indicates the Well Site Restoration Report will be provided in Q1 of 2017. I recommend submitting the WSRR and Notice of Terminations at the same time. No Violations Noted.

2580708 Primary Facility 2017-04-07 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Well Site Restoration Report Inspection; 4/7/2017. Post Construction Stormwater Management (PCSM) controls have been implemented as designed. The well pad surface remains at the originally constructed size and the size has been justified as needed for production. The site is well vegetated and can be considered permanently stabilized. The operator has indicated the Notice of Termination will be submitted in the very near future. I recommend the Notice of Termination for this site be approved when it is received. No Violations Noted.
2784533 Primary Facility 2018-10-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Five wells staged for production phase. Five each water separators. Seven sand separators. No leaks detected from production equipment. Methanol tanks located near well heads. No violations noted.
