Duncan A 4-6H (081-20531, 20302, 081-20530) wells were in production. Currently, permit 081-21565 remains active until 4/17/2017. The well was permittedin 2015 and drilling has not yet been initiated. Erosion was noted on the northeast cut slope going down onto the pad surface. ESX10-081 0017 (02) (major modification) was issued on 7/18/2016 and includes PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) plansfor the current well pad surface. Stormwater is controlled through the use of infiltration berms. Currently, the PCSM has not been implemented. No Violations Noted.
