2752309 Primary Facility 2018-07-16 Follow-up Inspection Outstanding Violations - Viols Req'd Follow-up inspection to check status of initial cleanup/control work. Operator has removed a large amount of contaminated soil from within the dike area (Photo 1), the top of the access road, and downslope of the access road in the corn field (Photo 2). Operator and WQS verified soil conductivity with field meter to determine cleanup area. Soil samples were collected by cleanup contractor.

Site looks good. Vegetation is established. Waiting on Act 2/alternative method site characterization approval (from DEP) to close out SWMA spill violations (from July 2018). Outstanding violations; no new violations.
