Unknown exactly where gas is coming from. Tanks and separator in earthen dike. Company info also posted on 100 bbl tank. Shared tank battery with McCartney 1 (085-24347).

2707513 Primary Facility 2018-03-15 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Locked gate at entrance to access road. Well is about .75 - 1 mile back access road in state game lands. Well has a fence made of 1-1/2" tubing painted yellow around it. Well is located in a depression filled with water. Tubing open to separator unit. Separator unit has a weekly chart on meter with production. Production casing is shut. Surface casing valve is not visible but appears to be open to 100 bbl tank based on 1" line connected to tank. Bubbles can be seen coming from below well head up through the water.

Inspection done as the result of a complaint about a leaking oil & gas well.

2708757 Primary Facility 2018-03-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection to follow-up on recent work done at wellhead to correct minor gas leak. Operator exposed well casing/wellhead, tightened a hammer union that was loose, and added soil around casing to shed water away from wellhead (Photo 1).
