Compressor running and stock tank vent flare lit during inspection. Four double gas processing/drier units on site. One 3,000 gal open-top steel box tank with a spreader bar mounted on top located near well heads. All wells are also plumbed to spreader bar at tank. Liner with berm is inadequate; it is full of ice, production fluid, and/or precipitation. Liner is also folded down to 2" high at NE corner. Brine tank not covered. Spreader bar sprays/splashes production fluid outside of dike.
