Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2795291 Primary Facility 2018-10-26 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine inspection of this plugged conventional gas well was conducted October 26, 2018. The well is located in a remote area on the side of a dirt road approximately 1/4 mile from Windfall road. At the time of inspection, the well has a 2" marker pipe erected as a plugged well monument. There were no open holes or discharges observed. No audible or visible venting was observed. Traces of gas < 1% methane (0-12% LEL) were detected with an Altair 5x gas meter at the base of the monument where the 2" marker pipe is made up to 6 5/8" casing and dissipated to 0% LEL at ground level ~3" from the base of the monument. No obvious major issues were observed during this inspection. Department records show the well was pluggd during June of 1993.
