Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2007206 Primary Facility 2011-09-27 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted UDI 58. Pad is lined with plastic liner and mats. Will be running 13 3/8" surface casing and cementing today. Drilling al on water-based and then SOBM for curve and lateral. Drillers log on site and up to date. No gas or water shows reported on logs.
2020832 Primary Facility 2011-11-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2056717 Primary Facility 2012-04-02 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted all annuli vented to tanks ,no pressures on antVENTED anuli
2198549 Primary Facility 2013-08-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived at the site at 13:25. JRGO Water Environmental Energy is on location in the process of equipment breakdown, in particular moving fluids pumps off the location. The Kupscznk Unit 2H well completions operations was finished between (1-1.5) weeks ago according to personnel at the location. There were some holes observed in the top layer of the secondary containment, but overall the containment appeared to be in good condition. There were no elevated conductivity readings of concern in any of the puddles of water inside and outside of containment at the site. The highest condcutivity reading I recorded was (800) microSiemens/cm. The PPC plan in the mailbox is dated January 2010. There are (2) Emergency response plans in the mailbox; (1) is dated April 2011 and the other is dated August 2011. I departed from the site at 14:00.
