The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-20765, 115-21041, 115-21042, 115-21043, 115-21044, 115-21045, 115-21046, 115-21047, 115-21048, 115-21049. The wells were properly labeled.

The cut and fill slopes were small, well vegetated and surrounded by active agriculture. They were stable. The pad surface and access road were solid and stable. There were no erosional issues noted.
