It was stable and the front part was paved and had no potholes. The access road runs next to a valve set. This was camouflaged from homeowner view by evergreens, which were healthy and lush. The site itself was small and well maintained. The pad surface was solid and stable and the cut and fill slopes were gentle and well vegetated. There were no erosional issues on site at the time of inspection.
