The pad surface and access road were both solid and stable. The cut and fill slopes were well vegetated and had no erosional issues noted.

There were no violations noted.

2845274 Primary Facility 2019-02-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a site inspection of the Herman well pad on February 27, 2019. The weather was snowing lightly and in the mid 20s. I was previously at a water supply complaint in the vicinity. There was a water hauler truck broken down on the small access road. No leaks were observed.

The access road and pad surface were frozen hard, as were all slopes. The vegetation from the previous growing season was abundant on all areas. Woody vegetation was establishing itself in some areas as well.

There were stone piles and a skid steer loader onsite but not active. There were no areas of leaks or drips observed.

The wells were all well labeled.

There were no erosional issues noted.
